February being the International month for being safer online, it’s time to get them aware about the threat and the danger of being online. A lot of our students don’t really know the risks and the damages social online can get them into, we hear too many stories about suicide because of embarrassing pictures or comments posted online and we should try to educate them to get a better understanding of this amazing yet dangerous tool known as the Internet. The 1st round of the French Presidential elections is done. The French have voted for their 2 favorite candidates. They have 15 days to convince the French with their political visions and programmes. However, this is sometimes a little bit tricky to explain to our students who may have little knowledge about the politics or about the electoral process. This resource will help you teach about the elections by putting the results into the French context and by explaining the birth of each political party and the programmes of these two potential presidential leaders. This resource totally in English is aimed at intermediate-advanced level students. This resource contains a PPT with 25 slides with different activities with videos, questions and articles.
